Licensed and serving unparalleled real estate experiences since 2012, Dennis is passionate about establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with each of his clients while providing them with a high level of service. Dennis partnered with his longtime friend, Eric Yamamoto, in 2018 and together they have more than $180 million in career residential sales. In 2021, Dennis founded and established Refined Real Estate Hawaii LLC with Eric—a brand new brokerage firm on the island of O‘ahu.
Born and raised in Oahu, Dennis is familiar with Hawaii’s diverse cultures and possesses knowledge of various parts of the island. With his BBA in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he has been helping people achieve their real estate goals for almost a decade.
Dennis’ professional experience has allowed him to work with clients from different backgrounds while catering and tailoring to their specific needs. In addition to real estate, Dennis has dedicated years of his life to other industries including hospitality. In addition to providing his clients with unparalleled levels of service and professionalism, Dennis is a strong believer in continuous improvement and is eager to expand through education and experience.
As a pet lover and father of three dogs Dennis is an avid supporter of the Oahu SPCA and the Hawaiian Humane Society. Dennis has also supported and participated in the Life Foundation’s Honolulu AIDS Walk and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer events.
